Signature Cake Flavour Menu
We have created a signature menu of moist sponge bases which we have paired together with rich and fruity or indulgent fillings together with our signature buttercream for the perfect flavour combination.
VANILLA BEAN
Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with vanilla buttercream
CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Moist chocolate fudge sponge filled with a rich chocolate buttercream (also delicious with salted caramel, orange or coffee buttercream)
SICILIAN LEMON
Light and fluffy lemon sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream
WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY
White chocolate sponge filled with raspberry conserve and a white chocolate & raspberry buttercream
COOKIES & CREAM
A brown sugar crushed Oreo sponge filled with whipped Oreo buttercream
SALTED CARAMEL
Brown sugar fluffy sponge filled with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream
CARROT AND ORANGE
Rich carrot sponge filled with Valencian orange buttercream
LEMON & ELDERFLOWER
Lemon & Elderflower sponge filled with lemon curd and elderflower buttercream
LATTE
Light coffee sponge filled with espresso buttercream (also delicious with chocolate whipped buttercream)
BISCOFF
Rich brown sugar sponge filled with a smooth whipped biscoff buttercream
ROSE & RASPBERRY
Madagascan vanilla bean sponge filled with whipped rose buttercream and raspberry conserve
RED VELVET
A moist sponge filled with vanilla whipped buttercream
SOMETHING DIFFERENT
There are many amazing fillings, flavourings and preserves that can be added to your cake to create your favourite combination. For example, rose water, elderflower, orange, cardamom, stem ginger etc. If you don’t see what you are looking for on the list please just ask!
I also offer Swiss meringue buttercream for those who prefer something a little less sweet - please do ask if you would prefer this.

Whilst we are happy to cater for certain dietary requirements such as gluten free or dairy cakes, we do not cater for severe or nut allergies due to health and safety risks. Please enquire if your cake needs adapting in any way and we will be happy to advise.
